My work focuses on emotional healing at the root helping you clear what’s underneath those patterns so they can actually change. I use techniques like rREST (rapid Emotional Stress Transformation), along with other energy-based approaches, to gently uncover and release the emotional drivers behind what you’re experiencing.

I didn’t always do this work.
I spent over 30 years in corporate finance, where solving problems and staying composed were part of everyday life. From the outside, everything looked successful.
But internally, I experienced the same kinds of anxiety, stress, and emotional struggles many of my clients face today.
That experience is what allows me to meet you without judgment, and without trying to fix you.
