What is rREST?

rREST (rapid Reprogramming of Emotional Stress Technique) is a method that helps clear emotional stress, anxiety, and triggers by working with the root of what you’re feeling—not just the surface symptoms. Instead of talking through a problem or trying to manage it, rREST works directly with the underlying emotional patterns stored in the body and nervous system.

This allows the intensity of a feeling to shift—often more quickly and gently than expected.

You don’t need to have the right words, and you don’t need to understand why something is happening.

We simply work with what’s present, so it can begin to change.

What are the costs associated with your services?

The cost of rREST sessions and Human Design readings varies depending on the type of session or package.

rREST sessions are available as single sessions or in discounted packages to support deeper, ongoing work. Human Design readings may begin with a complimentary or introductory session, with more in-depth readings priced based on the level of exploration.

We can go over specific pricing during your initial call so you feel clear, comfortable, and confident moving forward.

What can I expect during a Human Design session?

In a Human Design session, you’ll receive an in-depth exploration of your unique design chart—including your energy type, strategy, and authority.

These sessions offer practical, grounded guidance to help you better understand yourself and align with how you naturally operate.

We may also gently identify and begin to clear any emotional or energetic blocks that are getting in the way, using techniques such as rREST, Emotion Code, or Body Code.

You’ll leave with greater self-awareness and simple tools you can apply in your daily life.

How do rREST® sessions work?

rREST sessions focus on clearing emotional stress, anxiety, triggers, and limiting patterns through a simple, supportive, guided process.

We work gently with what’s coming up for you, without needing to relive or deeply analyze past experiences.

Many people notice feeling lighter, calmer, and more balanced, with a reduction in stress and anxiety.

Throughout the session, you’re guided step by step in a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space.

How long does each session last, and how many sessions will I need?

A typical session lasts about 50 minutes. The number of sessions varies depending on what you’re experiencing and what you’d like to shift. Some people notice meaningful changes quickly, while others choose ongoing sessions for deeper support.

During your 20-minute Emotional Clarity Call, we’ll explore your needs and talk through what approach would support you best.

How do Human Design readings and rREST® sessions complement each other?

Human Design provides a clear map of your natural energy, patterns, and how you’re designed to move through life.

rREST works at a deeper level to clear emotional stress, triggers, and patterns that may be getting in the way of living in alignment with that design.

For example, you might notice reactions like overeating, anxiety, or feeling triggered in certain situations without fully understanding why.

Even if the original experience isn’t consciously remembered, we can still work with what’s present in a safe, non-judgmental way—so those patterns can begin to shift.

My approach integrates the insights of Human Design with the deeper emotional clearing work of rREST. Depending on what’s needed, sessions may also include techniques such as Body Code or energetic alchemy, guided intuitively.

There are no specific prerequisites. Coming with an open mind and a willingness to explore can support your experience, but you don’t need to prepare anything in advance.

How quickly can I expect to see changes or improvements?

What is the Body Code technique?

The Body Code is an energy healing method developed by Dr. Bradley Nelson that helps identify and release imbalances in the body and mind.

These imbalances may include trapped emotions, energetic blocks, or patterns that can affect your physical or emotional well-being.

Using techniques such as muscle testing and intuitive guidance, we work to uncover root causes and support the body’s natural ability to restore balance.

At times, I may incorporate Body Code work alongside rREST to support deeper emotional and energetic healing.

How does Alchemy help release energetic cords or attachments?

Alchemy is a transformative practice that helps release energetic connections to people, places, or past experiences that no longer serve you.

These attachments can keep you tied to old patterns or emotional responses.
